Hidden Canyon Farm

Hidden Canyon Farm (HCF) is located north of Lyons, NY between the cities of Syracuse and Rochester, NY. Hidden Canyon Farm is blessed with excellent soils capable of yielding lush pastures, abundant hay crops and high yielding grain crops. Currently, Hidden Canyon Farm boasts one of the best commercial beef cattle herds in Western New York. The beef herd, consisting mostly Black Angus along with several Polled Hereford and Red Angus cows, yield steer and heifer calves that are fed high energy grains and hay until ready for market. Teamed with his wife Sue, Steve intends to expand production of beef for a growing local freezer trade business and to supply the Northeast Family Farm (NEFF) program.
