Welcome to Frosted Pines Boer Goats

Discover our Boer goats, bred for their “old style” structure and productive qualities. Located in Deposit, NY, we strive to provide quality goats to the breeding stock industry. It all began when we wanted to add something to our homestead that was bigger than a chicken but smaller than a cow. I Googled “meat goat” and I discovered (and quickly fell in LOVE with) the Boer goat! We bought a small herd of 5 Boers in 2012 to start our journey. Our herd has grown to about 20 “keeper” goats (plus about 10+ to raise to sell or eat). Most are registered ABGA Fullbloods with a couple dairy and dairy/Boer crosses and a Purebred (who is descended from those very first does that we bought in 2012). Our herd is raised and handled by us (Tim and Rachel) and our four two-legged kids.
