Bovina Farm And Fermentory

Description

Find us among the fair hills of Bovina, nestled into the sunny side of our mountain in the Western Catskills. The homestead is a return to our roots with family lineages calling back to seven generations of Catskills farmers. We share our little farm in the woods as a place to gather, stay, eat, and drink. We are situated on 20 acres of woods and meadows, home to a flock of dairy sheep and chickens and ducks in our orchard, vegetable and flower gardens, a root cellar, wooded walks leading to our beloved guard donkeys, and pastoral views either direction down the valley. The farmstead includes a main house, a timber-frame barn, and a handful of outbuildings, with five units for overnight accommodations, a brewery, and a small restaurant.
