Mockingbird Bell Farm is about getting food that nourishes us and promotes good health.  It is about recovering knowledge about food, nutrition and health that was common knowledge in times past.  It is about understanding the negative effects that many modern food production methods have on health.  It is about establishing a supply of naturally produced food – food the way God made it!
