Courtyard Farm

Description

Originally built in 1904 as the Honorable Seth Lowe’s country estate, there were two barns for horses with a third building serving as housing for farm workers. The barn complex was sadly destroyed by a fire in 1970.

Left as stone ruins for 30 years, Kristen Carollo purchased the parcel in 2001 with the intent of resurrecting the barns to their original form and opening a state-of the art hunter/jumper show stable. With hard work, determination, and a vision of her dreams, Kristen created Courtyard Farm.
