Be Golden Farms

Be Golden Farms is located in Rensselaerville, part of the Capitol Region hilltowns of Upstate New York.

Founded by Marymichael D'Onofrio and Patrick Clark in 2016, a husband and wife, pizza and farm team. Pat does all the cooking and Marymichael does all the farming. We have a 120 acre farm where we raise layer chickens, dairy goats, sheep, sugar maple and an acre of vegetables, including cut flowers and herbs.

We use bees to pollinate the flowers, goats to feed the soil, and our own hands to harvest the vegetables. All attempts are made to get small, do good, and be delicious. Whenever possible all the ingredients for our food come from the farm. Everything else we try to source from other local farmers; even the flour for our pizza is organic NY state grown.

Our pizzas are personal sized 9inch pies, about the size of a paper plate. They are all made to order with our sourdough starter, in our wood fired pizza trailer that we tow behind us to each event.
