Loher, Peter
MAY 2019 – Broome County Sheriff’s Office arrested Peter Loher, 59, of Marathon, after investigating an alleged incident where Loher fired a .22-caliber rifle at his neighbor’s dog. The hound dog died from the injuries. Loher has been charged with a misdemeanor count of overdriving, torturing and injuring animals. He was ticketed and released to appear in Triangle Town Court.
