Lilley, Emmanuel
December 2021 – Emmanuel Lilley (37) was charged with falsely reporting an incident and animal cruelty. According to Police, Lilley was tasked with caring for an adult pit bull that belonged to his ex-girlfriend. While Lilley was caring for the female dog, she gave birth to a litter of three puppies. Lilley decided to take the three puppies from their mother and bring them to his home, where one of the puppies died. Lilley called 911 and falsely reported that they had been abandoned in a shoebox on his porch by an unknown person. Both puppies died while in foster care before they could be returned to their mother. Lilley was released and was to return to New York Mills court at a later date.
