FEBRUARY 2019 – Luis Jimenez, 26, was charged with animal cruelty charges for beating a dog so severely with a metal rod that the small animal was left permanently blind in one eye. JIMENEZ, whacked the 2 year old small dog when he and a former friend got into a physical altercation. Surveillance footage showed Jimenez striking the dog in the head with a metal rod, causing the 2-year-old dog to yelp out in apparent pain.
