Graham, Helen R. & James L.
James L. Graham, 49, and Helen R. Graham, 50, both of Richburg, were arrested and charged with three counts of animal cruelty for failure to provide sustenance, neglect of an impounded animal and failure to provide appropriate shelter for dogs. Investigators located five dogs with no access to food, water, or heat; one of the dogs was frozen to the floor of a camper. Both Grahams were arrested and arraigned in Wirt Town Court and released on their own recognizance.
