OCTOBER 2018 – Kevin Gould was charged with four counts of Animal Cruelty from the discovery of and removal of four Rottweiler dogs that were being kept in small cages that lay on a cement floor of a detached garage. The floor was covered with urine and feces, and the interior lacked light or fresh air or fresh water, and an overwhelming stench of feces and urine was present. Each of the dogs was also found to be covered in urine and feces. Gould plead guilty to one count of animal cruelty and agreed to surrender the dogs. Gould was sentenced to a three-year term of probation and was also ordered to pay restitution for the care of the dogs. The court also barred Gould from owning pet animals.
