1/31/2021 – Shenandoah Gilbert (53) is facing animal cruelty charges after his dog died of hypothermia, according to Syracuse Police. A necropsy found that the dog died of hypothermia. The dog also suffered from starvation and heartworm disease. Shenandoah is to return to court at a later date.
