August 2015, LARRY FULLER, 37, was sentenced to 8 months of incarceration in Albany County Jail and ordered to relinquish the rights to the two dogs he owned. Fuller will not be able to own, reside with, or possess any animals. FULLER pleaded guilty to (1) Count of Torturing or Injuring Animals by Failure to Provide Proper Sustenance.
FULLER was charged with picking up a small, black dog above his head and slamming it to the ground. It is claimed that he proceeded to strike the dog several times, causing it to yelp loudly. He claimed that he lifted the dog off the ground by the dog’s neck and slapped and punched the animal in the head and face numerous times, still holding it off the ground by the dog’s neck.
