8/30/2021 – Robert Bilby (57) was charged with torturing, injuring an animal and illegal discharge of a firearm after fatally shooting a feral cat near his residence, according to New York State Police. A witness reported observing Bilby shot and killed a feral cat close to a residence according to Kerra Burns, Troop G public information officer. Bilby was issued an appearance ticket in Seward Town Court.
