Barber, Sandra & Tracy Duprey

Following an animal cruelty complaint, New York State Police troopers were called to a property on State Route 9 in Champlain where Investigators determined that Sandra Barber (34) & Tracey Duprey (53) were not taking care of the cats inside the home. Barber was arrested and processed on two charges of torturing or injuring animals and failure to provide sustenance. She was released and ordered to appear in the Town of Champlain Court in February. Duprey was arrested and released on obstruction charges.
